The most   problems when installing Django on Windows comes from the fact that "that Windows and Django are two different worlds," and more specifically other philosophies derived from other operating systems. "Pip name is not recognizable as an internal or external command, executable program or batch file"

This is the most common error that comes from a poor pip installation due to Windows 'stubbornness'. Windows can't see pip, and I'll add that the same thing can happen to Python, after installing Python, when trying to call it

START - right click on "Computer" - "Properties" - click

The SYSTEM window will open, click on "Advanced system settings" - hereinafter "Environment variables".

Look in "System Variables" - Path - and check in the edition whether the following has been added:

C:\Python34\;

C:\Python34\Scripts\pip

Of course, the details of the entries depend on the Python version you have installed. If not, add appropriate entries, separating them with a semicolon - preferably at the end of the line.

Now open PATH from the window above:

Add in edition (if not available): C: \ Python34 \ and preferably also C: \ Python34 \ Scripts

Now, after re-enabling the cmd windows - Python, pip and Django should work without any problems.
